About Me

My name is Elizabeth Maier, but I usually go by Elly! I'm a graphic designer and a photographer with a focus on sports. I started out with just my camera and discovered my passion for sports photography, which developed into using my photos for sports design. I believe in hard work and producing quality work.

Experience

Currently, I am the team photographer for the Bloomington Bison, an ECHL affiliate of the New York Rangers. I also work with my local high school, creating graphics and photographing games for the athletic department.

In college, I completed two internships, one with the Normal Cornbelters and the other with the Peoria Rivermen. With both teams, I created graphics for their social media platforms, took photos during games, and learned the factors that go into marketing for a sports team. With the Rivermen, I also posted in-game updates on X, and captured game content for social platforms. During my internship with the Rivermen, I was fortunate to be a part of their President’s Cup Championship!
